Product Description
This FstSort Grapefruit weight grading line consists of an elevator, a water tank elevator, a polishing air dryer, a queuing conveyor, and a weight grader. Melons are first tipped into the elevator, conveyed to the water tank elevator for soaking, then dried by the polishing air dryer before entering the queuing conveyor and the weight grader. After grading, the melons travel along conveyors to the packing tables. The two graded streams are routed to two combined packing tables so workers can box and seal them efficiently. The machine includes a separate elevator and can operate in either water washing or dry mode.
